Return & Refund Policy

All wreaths are handmade to order. Production begins as soon as your order is placed, and each piece takes hours of individual work to build.

Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or delivery timing.

Handmade variation is not a defect. Every wreath is assembled and painted by hand, so foliage placement, color, and texture will vary from piece to piece and from the product photos. No two wreaths are identical — that's the nature of handmade work, and it's part of what you're buying.

Damaged or defective orders: If your wreath arrives damaged in transit or has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost.

Cancellations: Because production starts immediately, we cannot cancel orders once placed.
